Assistant Dean of Clinical Sciences 

PNWU is seeking a full-time candidate in July, 2010 for Assistant Dean of Clinical Sciences.  This position is responsible for leadership and administrative direction for clinical science education and reports directly to the Dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine. 

As Assistant Dean you would be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and direction for faculty
  • Developing Programs
  • Capital Planning
  • Faculty Recruitment
  • Providing educational resources to faculty
  • Promoting sound practices and implementation of policy
  • Curricular development mentoring to division heads

Qualifications include, but are not limited to, board certified D.O with strong academic experience, curriculum development, exceptional credentials in scholarly professional achievement, and at least five years of academic experience.  Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, communication, and team building skills are essential.
